Thy Kingdom Come

10th to 20th May: A National Initiative of Prayer led by the Archbishops of Canterbury and York. Support our local events at St Hilda's and at the Minster

Christian Aid Coffee Morning:  Saturday 19th May 10am onwards

This is another joint venture of Churches Together in Tang Hall and Osbaldwick. Please support this if you can

60+ Club: Wednesday 9th May at 2pm

There will be a special open meeting of 60+ Club with a visiting Speaker. All invited! Afternoon tea will be served. Everyone welcome.

Prayer Time: Thursday 10th May Churches Together Prayer Time with special emphasis on prayers for ' Thy Kingdom Come'.

Ascension Day Service: 10th May at 7.30pm (Holy Communion)

PCC Meeting: Thursday 17th May at 7.15pm in Church. Minutes of the last meeting and agenda papers are in the Red Box in the Church Hall. Members are invited to pick up their papers.

Flower Rota

There are still gaps in the flower rota. If anyone would like to contribute to this, would they please put their name on the rota in the entrance to the church and speak to Jean Smith about it.

Biscuit Wrappers

The Ellie's Fund Brain Tumour Trust' is collecting wrappers from biscuits such as digestives, rich tea etc for recycling. Please save them and place them in the box in the church entrance

 

Rainbows

We still have spaces for girls aged 5 and 6. Please pass this information onto any friends or relatives or neighbours.

Food

We are still collecting tins and packets of food. They are taken to Carecent and divided between the food banks and themselves. Items of food and small toiletry items are always welcome. Lists of preferred items are on the shelf above the basket.

 

Toddler time meets as usual at 9.30am on Wednesday
